MilEats Pass Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern MilEats Pass, an optional subscription to the MilEats consumer platform. They supplement the MilEats Terms of Service. Defined terms have the meanings given in the main Terms unless redefined here.

1. Plan and price

MilEats Pass is offered at $7.99 USD per month, charged at the start of each billing period. Pricing is set by MilEats and may change as described in §6.

2. Auto-renewal

Your MilEats Pass subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. By tapping Subscribe, you authorize MilEats to charge your selected payment method on the recurring schedule disclosed at sign-up and in your account.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, with no fees, by:

(a) Tapping "Cancel Subscription" on the MilEats Pass screen in the MilEats app, OR

(b) Visiting the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from the MilEats app or via the link emailed to you with each invoice.

You do not need to call or email MilEats to cancel.

4. Effect of cancellation

If you cancel, your member benefits continue until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again. If you change your mind before the period ends, you may reactivate from the same screen at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

MilEats does not provide partial-period refunds for MilEats Pass. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@mileatsdelivery.com within 30 days of the charge for case-by-case review. This section does not waive any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Pricing changes

We may change the MilEats Pass price by giving you at least 30 days' notice in the app and via email. Price changes apply to the renewal billing period after the notice period ends. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect; you will not be charged the new price.

7. Member benefits

While your MilEats Pass is active and in good standing, you receive:

• Reduced delivery fee of $0.99 on delivery orders with a food subtotal of $15 or more
• Reduced platform service fee of 8% (versus the standard rate)
• Access to member-exclusive deals (when launched)

Specific benefit values are set by MilEats and may be adjusted from time to time. The current values are displayed in the MilEats Pass screen and the comparison table.

8. Eligibility

MilEats Pass is available to MilEats Customers in supported markets. Riders and Restaurant Partners are not eligible to subscribe in their professional capacity.

9. Effective date

These Subscription Terms take effect on the date listed above and apply to all subscriptions started, renewed, or modified on or after that date.

10. Severability and governing law

If any provision of these Subscription Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Subscription Terms are governed by the law and dispute-resolution provisions in the main MilEats Terms of Service, §13.
