MilEats Terms of Service

Version: v1.1 · Effective date: May 24, 2026 · Last updated: May 5, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They contain a binding arbitration agreement, a class-action waiver, and a 30-day opt-out window for arbitration. These affect your legal rights.

These Terms apply to three groups of users. Sections labeled "Applies to everyone" apply to all users. Sections labeled "Customers," "Riders," and "Restaurant Partners" apply only to those users.

1. Applies to everyone: acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using any MilEats product or service (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" refers both to you individually and to the entity.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a MilEats account (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, where that is the age of majority). If you are under the required age, you may not use the Platform.

  • "Installation" means a U.S. military installation (base, camp, station, post, or similar) where MilEats provides delivery service.

4. Applies to everyone: using the Platform

4.1 Account registration

To use most features of the Platform, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your information up to date.
  • Maintain only one account per person (duplicate accounts are prohibited).
  • Keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@mileatsdelivery.com immediately.

4.2 License to use the Platform

Subject to these Terms, MilEats grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4.3 Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Impersonate a service member, dependent, or anyone affiliated with a military installation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without MilEats' prior written permission.
  • Transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse MilEats staff, riders, partners, customers, or any other user.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or its content.
  • Place fraudulent orders or engage in payment fraud.
  • Use the Platform to commit or facilitate identity theft, doxxing, stalking, or surveillance.

4.4 User content

If you post ratings, reviews, photos, or other content on the Platform, you grant MilEats a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform and MilEats' business.

You represent that you own or have permission to post the content and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or any law.

MilEats may remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines at our discretion.

4.5 Intellectual property

All Platform content owned by MilEats, including the MilEats name, logo, app design, graphics, text, software, and data, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any MilEats content without our prior written permission.

4.6 Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant MilEats the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution. You waive any right to claim ownership of concepts based on your feedback.

4.7 Third-party services

The Platform integrates with services operated by third parties (including Stripe for payments, Auth0 for authentication, Twilio for phone proxying, and others listed in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services is also governed by those providers' terms. MilEats is not responsible for third-party services or their content.

4.8 Privacy

Our collection, use, and sharing of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that Privacy Policy.

4.9 Communications

MilEats sends transactional messages tied to your account activity (order confirmations, delivery updates, account-security notifications) via push notification and transactional email. Push and email are part of the Platform service.

SMS text messages are separate. SMS is opt-in only and is not a condition of creating or using your account. Every feature of the Platform is available to you without enabling SMS. If you choose to enable SMS, you do so through the explicit, separate consent flow described in our SMS Disclosure, with its own unchecked-by-default checkbox and frequency, cost, and STOP / HELP disclosures. You may revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any MilEats SMS or by toggling SMS off in Profile -> Edit Phone.

Marketing communications, by any channel, require a separate opt-in. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or the preferences screen in the app.

4.10 Account suspension and termination

MilEats may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or engage in conduct harmful to MilEats or its partners. We will give you notice when reasonably possible. You may close your account at any time.

If your account is terminated, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including §4.5 (IP), §4.6 (Feedback), §9 (Disclaimers), §10 (Limitation of Liability), §11 (Indemnification), §12 (Dispute Resolution), and §13 (General).

5. Customers: ordering and delivery

5.1 Placing orders

When you place an order through the Platform, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected items from the Restaurant Partner. The order is confirmed when you receive an in-app confirmation notification. MilEats reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion (for example, for suspected fraud or unavailable items).

5.2 Pricing, fees, and taxes

Menu prices are set by the Restaurant Partner and may differ from in-restaurant prices. MilEats does not control menu pricing.

In addition to menu prices, your order total may include:

  • Delivery fee based on distance, demand, or other factors.
  • Service fee for use of the Platform.
  • Small-order fee applied to orders below a minimum threshold.
  • Applicable taxes calculated based on your delivery address.
  • Optional tip for your rider (see §5.4).

All fees are displayed before you confirm your order. MilEats may modify the fee structure with notice.

MilEats Pass. If you subscribe to MilEats Pass, our optional consumer subscription, additional terms apply. See Subscription Terms. The Subscription Terms supplement and do not replace these Terms.

5.3 Payment

By placing an order, you authorize MilEats to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including fees and taxes. Accepted payment methods are displayed in the app.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. MilEats never stores your full credit or debit card number. Card capture occurs entirely inside Stripe's PCI-DSS environment. For receipts and settings, we retain only the last four digits of the card number.

5.4 Tips

You may add a tip for your rider at checkout. One hundred percent (100%) of the tip goes to the rider who completes your delivery. Tips are disclosed on your order confirmation and included in the rider's next regular payout via Stripe Connect. You may adjust a tip up to 24 hours after delivery.

MilEats may withhold or reverse a tip if the underlying order is fraudulently disputed or charged back.

5.5 Delivery time estimates

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery time may vary due to weather, traffic, restaurant prep time, order volume, or factors outside MilEats' control.

5.6 Delivery address and base access

You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address, including building number, unit, floor, and gate or access instructions.

If your delivery address is on a U.S. military installation, you are responsible for ensuring the recipient has legitimate access to that installation. MilEats is not a Department of Defense entity, federal contractor, or agency. Installation access is at the sole discretion of each installation commander.

If your assigned rider is denied entry at the gate despite holding valid base-access credentials, MilEats will:

  • Attempt to reassign the order to another rider who can access the installation, if one is available and the food is still safe to deliver; or
  • Issue a refund at MilEats' discretion if redelivery is not feasible.

If the delivery fails because the customer or recipient lacks proper base access, you may not be entitled to a refund.

5.7 No-contact delivery

MilEats offers a no-contact delivery option. When selected, your order will be left at your door or a designated drop-off point. Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon delivery.

5.8 Order accuracy

MilEats makes reasonable efforts to ensure orders are accurate, but we are not responsible for errors made by Restaurant Partners in preparing your order. See §5.9 for refund options.

5.9 Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation. You may cancel an order at no charge before the Restaurant Partner has confirmed and begun preparing it. After preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted, and you may be charged the full order amount.

Refund claims. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time. MilEats may issue a refund at its discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Your order was not delivered through no fault of your own.
  • You received the wrong items or items were missing from your order.
  • Your order arrived in an unacceptable condition.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as MilEats account credit, at our discretion. MilEats may request photographic evidence to process refund claims.

Restaurant-initiated cancellations. Occasionally a Restaurant Partner may cancel an order due to capacity, unavailability, or closure. In that case, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

5.10 Pricing errors

In the event of a pricing error, MilEats may cancel the affected order and notify you promptly. You will not be charged for a cancelled order, and any charges already processed will be refunded.

5.11 Promotions and credits

MilEats may offer promotional discounts, referral credits, or promo codes. These are subject to their own terms and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. MilEats may revoke or expire promotions at any time. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Riders: independent-contractor framework

Scope of this section. This section provides the framework that governs the rider relationship at a high level. The full rider terms are set out in the Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) that riders sign at onboarding. In case of conflict between this section and the ICA, the ICA controls.

6.1 Independent-contractor status

Riders are independent contractors, not employees, agents, franchisees, or partners of MilEats. MilEats does not provide:

  • Wages, salary, or hourly pay.
  • Employee benefits (health insurance, paid leave, retirement).
  • Workers' compensation (except where state law requires).
  • Unemployment insurance.
  • Payroll-tax withholding.

Riders are responsible for their own self-employment tax and for complying with all laws applicable to independent contractors.

6.2 Control

Each rider controls:

  • Whether to log in and when to work.
  • Whether to accept or decline any offer.
  • The route they take.
  • The vehicle they use (within safety and legal limits).
  • Their appearance and attire (within safety and legal limits).

MilEats does not impose mandatory shifts, minimum hours, or performance quotas that would be inconsistent with independent-contractor status.

6.3 No exclusivity

Nothing in these Terms or in the ICA prevents a rider from working for other delivery platforms, taking other employment, or operating any other business. MilEats does not require exclusivity.

6.4 Eligibility

To become a rider, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (19 where state law requires).
  • Hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Maintain a registered vehicle with auto insurance meeting state minimums.
  • Pass a background check conducted by Checkr under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Rider authorization is collected separately at onboarding.
  • Maintain your own base-access credentials for the installations where you intend to deliver (CAC, RAPIDGate, dependent ID, civilian-contractor pass, or other valid installation credential).

6.5 Background check (FCRA)

The background check is governed by a separate FCRA Disclosure and Authorization signed at onboarding. If a background check results in an adverse decision, you will receive the pre-adverse and final adverse notices required by FCRA §615 (15 U.S.C. §1681m).

6.6 Compensation

Riders are paid per delivery. Compensation may include:

  • A per-delivery base rate.
  • Distance- or mileage-based adjustments.
  • Peak-demand or surge adjustments.
  • Customer tips (100% to the rider; see §5.4).
  • Time-limited incentive payments announced in the app.

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect on a regular schedule (typically weekly). MilEats does not guarantee a minimum earning rate unless required by state law.

6.7 Taxes

MilEats will issue a Form 1099-NEC reporting your earnings if required by the IRS. You are responsible for reporting your income and paying self-employment tax. You must provide a valid W-9 (or W-9 equivalent) at onboarding.

6.8 Base access

Each rider is responsible for maintaining their own base-access credentials. Loss of access at an installation is not by itself grounds for platform deactivation, but it will remove the rider from dispatch at that installation.

MilEats does not operate, integrate with, or receive data from DoD installation access systems (DBIDS, RAPIDGate, or installation-specific gate systems). Base-access status is self-reported to MilEats; verification happens at the gate.

6.9 Insurance

Riders carry their own primary auto insurance meeting state minimum requirements. MilEats may provide contingent liability coverage during active deliveries (to be confirmed by the ICA and MilEats' insurance provider). Contingent coverage does not replace the rider's primary coverage.

6.10 Safety obligations

While using the Platform, riders will:

  • Obey all traffic laws.
  • Not operate a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Not use the app in a way that creates a distracted-driving hazard.
  • Follow food-safety practices for food-delivery orders (insulated containers, timely delivery).
  • Respect the privacy and property of customers and installations.

6.11 Deactivation

MilEats may deactivate a rider for violations of these Terms, the ICA, or applicable law. When reasonably possible, MilEats will provide notice and an opportunity to respond. The ICA describes the appeal process.

6.12 Preservation of labor rights

Nothing in these Terms waives a rider's right to file a claim with the National Labor Relations Board, the U.S. Department of Labor, a state labor board, or any other government agency. The arbitration and class-action provisions in §12 do not apply to the filing of such agency claims.

7. Restaurant Partners: listing and fulfillment

Scope of this section. This section provides the framework for Restaurant Partners at a high level. The full partner terms are set out in the Restaurant Partner Agreement that partners sign at onboarding. In case of conflict, the Partner Agreement controls.

7.1 Onboarding requirements

To list on the Platform, a Restaurant Partner must:

  • Hold a valid business license and food-service permit for its jurisdiction.
  • Provide a W-9 and EIN for tax reporting (collected by Stripe Connect).
  • Agree to the Restaurant Partner Agreement.

7.2 Menu accuracy

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, including item descriptions, pricing, modifiers, availability, and allergen information. Partners will update menus promptly when items change.

7.3 Commission and payouts

Commission, payout cadence, chargebacks, and adjustments are set out in the Partner Agreement. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect.

7.4 Food safety and liability

Food safety and quality are the responsibility of the Restaurant Partner. Partners represent that they comply with all applicable food-safety laws and health-department requirements. Partners indemnify MilEats for claims arising from foodborne illness, allergen mislabeling, or other food-safety issues, as described in the Partner Agreement.

7.5 Brand usage

MilEats grants Partners a limited license to use MilEats marks for the purpose of indicating Platform availability. Partners grant MilEats a limited license to use Partner names, logos, and menu descriptions for listings, marketing, and Platform operation.

7.6 Non-exclusivity

Partners are not required to list exclusively on MilEats.

7.7 Termination

Termination, data return, and transition obligations are set out in the Partner Agreement.

8. Applies to everyone: age-gated items

Certain items may be age-gated by law (tobacco, vaping, or other regulated categories). Alcohol delivery is not offered in v1. When an age-gated category is enabled in the future, MilEats will update these Terms and provide notice before the feature becomes available. Any such category will require age-verified delivery (21+ for alcohol) with valid government-issued photo ID and a refusal protocol for intoxicated recipients.

9. Applies to everyone: disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY MILEATS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILEATS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

MILEATS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
  • INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
  • THE PLATFORM IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
  • THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR SUITABILITY OF FOOD OR GOODS DELIVERED THROUGH THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. FOOD SAFETY IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RESTAURANT PARTNER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, only the exclusions permitted by law apply.

10. Applies to everyone: limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILEATS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF MILEATS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL MILEATS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • (a) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO MILEATS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
  • (b) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, only the limitations permitted by law apply.

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by MilEats' gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

11. Applies to everyone: indemnification

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MilEats and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, contractors, and partners from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your use of the Platform in violation of any law.
  • Your fraudulent or willfully harmful conduct.
  • Any content you submit through the Platform, including claims that the content infringes a third party's rights.

MilEats will promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and cooperate reasonably in the defense. You may not settle any claim in a way that imposes obligations on MilEats without MilEats' prior written consent.

12. Applies to everyone: dispute resolution and arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

12.1 Informal resolution (required first step)

Before filing a formal claim, you and MilEats agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. To start informal resolution, send a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information to legal@mileatsdelivery.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.

12.2 Binding arbitration

Except as carved out in §12.5, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect.

The arbitration will be conducted in English. The seat of arbitration will be Wilmington, Delaware, but telephonic or video hearings are permitted for small claims and where the arbitrator finds it appropriate. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Class-action waiver

YOU AND MILEATS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding.

12.4 30-day opt-out

You may opt out of §12.2 (Binding Arbitration) and §12.3 (Class-Action Waiver) within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending a signed written notice to legal@mileatsdelivery.com that includes your name, account email, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration. If you timely opt out, disputes will be resolved in court as described in §13.1, without the arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

12.5 Carve-outs

The following claims are not subject to §12.2 and §12.3:

  • Small-claims court. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court with proper jurisdiction over the parties, subject to that court's jurisdictional limits.
  • Injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual-property and trade-secret matters. MilEats may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or trade secrets. You may seek injunctive relief in court to protect your own intellectual property.
  • Representative claims under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Representative PAGA claims are not subject to pre-dispute arbitration or class-action waivers under California law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a party's right to bring such a representative claim. Individual PAGA claims (for individual penalties) remain subject to arbitration under §12.2.
  • Government-agency filings. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to file a complaint or claim with any government agency (including the FTC, state attorneys general, the NLRB, or the U.S. Department of Labor for rider claims).

12.6 Arbitration fees

Consistent with AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, MilEats will pay the arbitration fees that exceed the fees a consumer would pay to file in small-claims court in your home state. You remain responsible for your own attorneys' fees unless a statute, contract, or the arbitrator awards them.

12.7 Severability of arbitration provisions

If §12.3 (Class-Action Waiver) is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will be severed from the arbitration and may proceed in court; the remainder of this §12 remains in effect. If any other provision of this §12 is unenforceable, the remainder of §12 remains in effect.

13. Applies to everyone: general provisions

13.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (without regard to conflict-of-laws principles). The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§1-16) governs the interpretation and enforcement of §12 (Dispute Resolution).

For any claim that is not subject to arbitration (see §12.5), the exclusive jurisdiction and venue will be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that you may also bring an individual claim in small-claims court in your home state.

13.2 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the ICA (for riders), the Partner Agreement (for partners), and any other policies referenced, constitute the entire agreement between you and MilEats regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements on the same subject.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.4 Waiver

MilEats' failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

13.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without MilEats' prior written consent. MilEats may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

13.6 Notices

MilEats may provide notices to you by email, in-app notification, or by posting on the Platform. Notices to MilEats must be sent to legal@mileatsdelivery.com or by mail to the registered-agent address in §2. Notices are effective upon receipt.

13.7 Force majeure

MilEats is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflict, cybersecurity incidents, internet or cloud-service outages, government actions, labor disputes, and failures of third-party service providers.

13.8 Changes to these Terms

MilEats may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (for account holders) or by a prominent banner on the Platform at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (typos, clarifications, reorganization) may be made without advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Emergency changes required to maintain security, comply with legal process, or respond to a vendor closure or acquisition may take effect immediately; MilEats will provide notice as soon as practicable.

Prior versions are archived at mileatsdelivery.com/legal/terms/archive/v{n}.

13.9 Survival

The following provisions survive termination of these Terms: §4.4 (User Content license), §4.5 (Intellectual Property), §4.6 (Feedback), §6.12 (Rider labor rights), §9 (Disclaimers), §10 (Limitation of Liability), §11 (Indemnification), §12 (Dispute Resolution), and §13 (General Provisions).

13.10 No third-party beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any third-party-beneficiary rights, except as expressly provided.

13.11 Relationship of the parties

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and MilEats. Each party acts as an independent party.

13.12 Electronic signatures and communications

You consent to transact business with MilEats electronically. These Terms and any other documents may be signed or accepted electronically (including by clicking "I agree" or similar). You have the right to receive paper copies on request by emailing legal@mileatsdelivery.com.

v1.22026-05-21Rewrote §4.9 to remove the implication that SMS consent attaches at account creation. Push notification and transactional email remain part of the Platform service. Authored in response to Twilio toll-free verification rejection (codes 30475 + 30513) for +18337364779; aligns the ToS with the architecture already described in Privacy Policy v1.1 §18 and SMS Disclosure §3.
